THSA is a manufacturers’ representative firm serving New England, focused on plumbing, fire protection, and mechanical systems. For over 30 years, we’ve worked closely with engineers, contractors, and facility owners to provide the right equipment and the expertise to support it.
Our role is simple. We help connect high-quality manufacturers with the people responsible for designing, building, and maintaining critical systems. From early-stage design through installation and long-term operation, we stay involved to ensure everything works the way it should.

Eric Corum
President
Eric Corum joined Tower Hill Sales in 2016 as an outside sales representative, covering Maine, Vermont, and New Hampshire. What began as a regional role quickly grew into a long-term commitment, driven by his genuine appreciation for both the industry and the relationships at its core. In 2022, Eric became an owner, further deepening his investment in the company’s future and success.
Today, Eric focuses on building a sustainable growth model that strengthens Tower Hill’s long-standing reputation while preserving the culture that has defined the organization for more than 30 years. He is passionate about delivering exceptional customer support, recognizing that strong partnerships are earned through consistency, responsiveness, and a commitment to standing out in a competitive marketplace.
Outside of work, Eric is an avid endurance athlete who enjoys the discipline and challenge of training. He is also actively involved in his community as a member of Lakes Region Search and Rescue (LRSAR), contributing his time to meaningful volunteer efforts. When he’s not working or training, Eric enjoys traveling and immersing himself in new cultures.
Fun fact: Eric has a well-known (and unapologetic) obsession with espresso.

Scott Smith
Director of Operations
Scott joined THSA in November of 2025 as the Director of Operations after 3 decades in consumer electronics, where he held sales leadership roles with industry leaders like Sonos and Samsung. Scott is focused on leading the inside and outside teams to protect and grow the legacy of best-in-class service and support that Tower Hill customers and vendor partners have enjoyed for nearly 25 years.
When not at work, Scott enjoys bass fishing, hiking, spending time with his wife and daughter, and the occasional Spartan Race.

Megan Corum
Human Resources
I’m married with two dogs and two girls, 18 and 14, who are a couple of my favorite humans. As a family we enjoy going on vacations to new places and exploring their culture and immersing ourselves in it. When I’m not working or bringing the girls to events, I enjoy going to the gym and being outside, hiking, walking, or riding my bike.
Fun Fact: In 2025 I completed my first 100 mile Unbound ride and plan to do it again in 2026.

Hello all. I’m a dedicated professional with nearly 14 years at THSA, where I’ve built my career around delivering exceptional customer service and being a reliable resource for those I work with. I take pride in being approachable, responsive, and always willing to help however I can.
Outside of work, I’m a proud parent to three amazing kids, 18-year old twins and a 13-year-old son who keep life busy and rewarding. As a family, we love spending time together, especially when it involves traveling or being out on the water boating.
Personally, I enjoy golfing whenever I can and have a passion for aviation as a private pilot. Whether in my professional or personal life, I value connection, reliability, and making the most of every opportunity.

I’m Bob Smith and I have been in the manufactures rep business for 30 years. Throughout this time I have made many friends in the business and worked for a lot of great manufacturers. Tower Hill has been my home for almost 25 years and it is a great place to work for countless reasons the foremost being the people. I have four children: one 13 and three 76 year olds. Yes, that’s triplets.
Outside of work I enjoy being a Hockey and a Crew dad.

I joined THSA in 2017 covering the Northshore and parts of Boston. I currently hold a Master Plumber and Gas Fitter licenses and have over 30 years of experience in the plumbing industry. This experience allows me to provide reliable solutions and trusted guidance to my customers.
When I’m not working my free time is spent on outdoor activities or working on Jeeps.

Chris Ortiz
Account Executive
Chris joined THSA in 2021 as an Outside Sales Representative covering Connecticut and Western Massachusetts. He has spent his entire professional career in the plumbing industry, bringing over two decades of experience and technical expertise to his role. Chris began his career in 1999 in drafting, design, and engineering, where he specialized in designing pump control panels for the water and wastewater industry. In 2008, he transitioned into sales, focusing on commercial and industrial water heating systems, where he has built a strong reputation for product knowledge and customer-focused solutions.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, and being outdoors hiking, camping, cycling, fishing, or motorcycle riding. He also has a passion for brewing his own beer.

Scott Lemire
Account Executive
I’ve spent my entire career in the HVAC and plumbing industry, building hands-on experience as a technician before transitioning into estimating and then equipment representation. This dual perspective allows me to understand both the technical and practical needs of every project, helping clients find solutions that truly work.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two kids. Whether we’re camping or staying active outdoors, family time is a big part of what keeps me grounded and motivated.

My name is Paul. I’m married with two kids, 9 and 7, who keep me very busy with the many sports and activities they are part of. My wife and I met in 8th grade and have been together since High School. We love family trips and live for our vacations together. When I’m not with my family or working you can find me swinging clubs at Hoodkroft County Club in Derry, NH.
Fun fact: I’m obsessed with horror movies. I have (over 25) horror movie characters tattoos!

I’ve been with Tower Hill Sales for 12 years I’m my reasonability’s cover job creation and tracking and quoting. I’m also responsible for sizing, submittals, and technical support.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, fishing, hunting, and spending time with my family and friends.
Hiking, fishing, hunting, and other outdoor recreation are what I look forward to enjoying all New England has to offer.
Fun fact: I once caught a shark in St. Paul Bay, Malta.

As a 2024 Business Marketing graduate from Rivier University, I honed my professional foundation under the guidance of amazing mentor’s. My career journey includes experience as a non-profit marketing specialist and in wholesale distribution sales, leading me to my current role at Tower Hill Sales. Outside of work, I am an avid outdoorsman—surfing, snowboarding, and taking adventurous road trips.
Fun fact: I am also the lead singer of a rock band.
